Case #4

This patient was losing two of his back teeth due to cavities and had multiple unsuccessful root canal treatments. We were able to extract teeth #13 and #14, place implants, and bone graft at the same time with a sinus lift on #14. Patient was ecstatic with the final results and could not have done it without IV sedation.
